中國：新能源效率標(biāo)識實施規(guī)則自2016年10月1日起實施

China: New regulation of energy efficiency labeling for 34 category products will come into force from 1st October

國家發(fā)展和改革委、國家質(zhì)檢總局和國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委發(fā)布2016年第14號公告，根據(jù)《能源效率標(biāo)識管理辦法》（國家發(fā)展改革委和國家質(zhì)檢總局第35號令）規(guī)定，國家發(fā)展改革委、國家質(zhì)檢總局和國家認(rèn)監(jiān)委組織制訂和修訂了《中華人民共和國實行能源效率標(biāo)識的產(chǎn)品目錄（2016年版）》、《中國能源效率標(biāo)識基本樣式》（修訂）和33類產(chǎn)品能源效率標(biāo)識的實施規(guī)則。

34類產(chǎn)品的新能源效率標(biāo)識實施規(guī)則自2016年10月1日起實施，新的《冷水機(jī)組能源效率標(biāo)識實施規(guī)則》自2017年1月1日起實施。

新的能效標(biāo)識中增加了二維碼內(nèi)容，并對標(biāo)識樣式進(jìn)行了修改。

According to No. 14 bulletin released by NDRC & AQSIQ, regulated by new version of “Administration regulation on Energyefficiency labeling” (Decree No.35), “2016 version of Product Catalog of Energy-efficiency labeling” ”, New version of “Elementary pattern of China Energy-efficiency labeling” and new regulation on energy-efficiency labeling for 33 category products were established and revised.

New regulation of energy efficiency labeling for 34 category products will come into force from 1st October, 2016 and new regulation for water chilling unit will be effective from 1st January, 2017.

QR code must be put on the new version of Energy Label while the pattern of Energy Label was also revised.
