出口沙特 “SALEEM”執(zhí)行要求2018年4月1日更新發(fā)布
沙特阿拉伯政府近期對(duì)沙特產(chǎn)品安全計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目 “SALEEM”發(fā)布了最新的執(zhí)行要求。
依據(jù)相關(guān)要求，自2018年4月1日起，涵蓋在沙特SALEEM Technical Regulation清單中的產(chǎn)品需按照新的程序要求來(lái)申請(qǐng)相關(guān)的清關(guān)證書(shū)。屆時(shí)，NormalTCI諾莫檢測(cè)（電話：13486111918）對(duì)這部分產(chǎn)品以沙特產(chǎn)品安全計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目 “SALEEM”替代現(xiàn)有的沙特產(chǎn)品符合性評(píng)定項(xiàng)目，并將引入SABER 在線系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)作為客戶申請(qǐng)電子證書(shū)electronic Certificate of Conformity (e-CoC)的受理窗口。
在新的管理制度下，相關(guān)Technical regulation 清單中的產(chǎn)品需符合SASO指定的技術(shù)法規(guī)要求，清單中的產(chǎn)品將包含如下兩個(gè)階段的產(chǎn)品符合性評(píng)估：
階段 1：依據(jù)SASO指定的產(chǎn)品評(píng)估計(jì)劃類(lèi)型對(duì)相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行評(píng)估，如果符合要求NormalTCI諾莫檢測(cè)（電話：13486111918）將簽發(fā)產(chǎn)品證書(shū) Product Certificate；
階段 2：在取得Product Certificate后對(duì)于每一批出運(yùn)的產(chǎn)品證書(shū)下的貨物都需進(jìn)行出運(yùn)前的檢驗(yàn)，并簽發(fā)批次證書(shū)Shipment Certificate{2} 。Shipment Certificate 將取代現(xiàn)行的CoC證書(shū)，每批貨物都需取得Shipment Certificate 。
